Product Introduction
The PE series jaw crusher, independently manufactured by Talus Equipment Manufacturing, is a crushing equipment with high capacity. It is mainly used for crushing various materials with a compressive strength not exceeding 320MP. It is often used as primary crusher in stone production lines and ore crushing production line. It features a large crushing ratio, high output, uniform granularity, reliable operation, easy maintenance, and low operating cost.

Large Crushing Ratio and Uniform Granularity
① Optimized deep cavity crushing, with a large stroke and steep bracket angle of the toggle plate, and a reasonable rotation speed, resulting in a larger feeding size, higher output and more uniform granularity.
② Digital analysis of the operation of each component, heavy-duty forged eccentric shafts, high manganese steel jaw plates, and high cast steel movable jaw assemblies. The crushing ratio is as high as about 15, greatly improving production efficiency, and the capacity is 20-35% higher than that of ordinary jaw crushers with the same specifications.

Operation Principle
The PE series crushers work in an extrusion driven mode. The operation principle is as follows: The electric motor drives the belt and pulley, which in return drives the eccentric shaft to swing the movable jaw up and down. When the movable jaw raises, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw increases, pushing the movable jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is crushed or chopped. When the moving jaw descends, the angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases, and the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate away under the action of spring and tension rod. Meanwhile the crushed material is discharged from hopper outlet of the crushing cavity. With the continuous rotation of the electric motor, the movable jaw crushes and discharges materials periodically to achieve mass production.
