The compound sand maker (compound sand crusher) is a new product that has been optimized and designed by our company, combining domestic and foreign fine crushing technology. It has significant performance advantages and is used for crushing and processing hard materials such as shale, glass, ceramics, bluestone, metal ore, etc. It is suitable for materials with a compressive strength of less than 140 MPa and a humidity of no more than 15%. This equipment is widely used in mining, metallurgy, wear-resistant materials, cement, coal, glass, ceramics, electric power, and other industries.

High wear resistance and easy adjustment of wearing parts
The PFL series compound sand maker has a larger feeding size of up to 240 mm and a finished discharge size of <3mm. It also has a large crushing ratio, with a primary yield as high as 70% -90%.
Vertical crushing cavity with high throughput
The vertical crushing cavity without partition or grate allows for smooth feeding and vertical crushing, resulting in high throughput, fast passing rate, high production, and relatively lower energy consumption.
Unique thrower plate structure reduces the cost of use
The unique thrower plate structure reduces the cost of use. The thrower hammer head and thrower liner are distributed in a cross pattern around the circumference in the feed tray. When the thrower hammer head is worn out, it can be used as a thrower liner, improving material utilization and reducing operating costs.
It is designed to allow for the crushing of high-temperature materials with its special water-cooled structure
It can crush high-temperature materials below 150°C, and its high-temperature bearings can withstand high-temperature lubricating grease above 260°C.
High efficiency, energy-saving and smooth operation
The equipment has two structural forms: upper transmission and lower transmission. When matched with a mill, it can increase the mill's output by about 40% and reduce the system's power consumption by about 30%. The equipment runs smoothly with low noise, low vibration, good sealing, easy operation, installation, maintenance, and covers a small area.
Special rotor structure for enhanced equipment performance
The optimized design of the rotor forms a multi-stage continuous crushing cavity, utilizing energy and space efficiently, and improving the machine’s performance.
The chassis is equipped with protective plates, allowing it to crush materials with high hardness and abrasion
For materials with high hardness and abrasion (quartz stone, silica, river pebbles, and highly abrasive dolomite), the chassis can be optionally fitted with protective plates to avoid abrasion of the chassis body.
