Product Introduction
The TSL series environmental protection modular sand making plant is a high-grade sand making system that adopts dry production process independently developed by Henan Talus Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. This system features a highly intensive tower-like fully enclosed arrangement, integrating sand making, optimized shaping, gradation adjustment, stone powder control, water content control, and environmental dust-proof capabilities. It not only saves space and improves production efficiency, but also meets the production requirements for various granularity and particle sizes. Additionally, it increases the proportion of fine sand with particle sizes between 2.36-0.6mm, which is used in concrete and dry mixed mortar, and improves performance indexes such as granularity, gradation, and ratio of powder content, greatly meeting the requirement for high-quality mechanism sand in various kinds of concrete and dry mixed mortar applications.
Technical Feature
Intensive design with small footprint
It can be individually designed according to customer's own site conditions, adopting a tower layout. The production process is completed from top to bottom, including crushing and sand making, screening, powder selection and humidification etc. The compact structural design saves space and reduces the construction site footprint, which saves a lot of land costs and infrastructure costs.
Modular design makes installation easier
All modules are pre-fabricated and assembled according to the customer's site requirements, allowing for trial production in the factory. The modular design shortens on-site installation time and facilitates dismantling and reinstallation, ensuring that the project can be quickly relocated and reassembled according to construction requirements.
High quality finished sand products with more reasonable gradation
The sand making tower system adopts the Talus dual power sand maker, which has been independently developed by Henan Talus Equipment Manufacturing. This sand maker has stronger crushing and stone shaping abilities, resulting in finished sand with full grains, a round surface and uniform particle distribution. The gradation, particle shape and powder content of the sand are more reasonable. The proportion of fine sand ranging from 0.15-0.6mm is significantly increased, while the proportion of coarse sand ranging from 2.36-4.75mm is reduced. The powder content can be adjusted in a wide range, ranging from 3-15%.
High environmental protection standards, meet requirement of environmental protection standards.
The tower-like sand making system meets high environmental protection standards. It adopts a fully enclosed conveying, production and negative pressure dust-proof design. The negative pressure dust collector, combined with the sealing operation in a fully enclosed environment throughout the entire process, ensures that there is no dust at the site during the entire conveying process, from the powder ore silo to the powder tank trucks. Additionally, dry processing eliminates the need for water washing and avoids sewage and silt disposal problems during production. The main tower can be packed according to customer requirements, achieving dust-proof and noise reduction effects. All environmental indicators of the entire tower-like sand making system meet national environmental protection standards.
The system is highly intelligent and automated
Through a centralized control system or PLC automatic control system, it enables online real-time monitoring of equipment production status, adjustment of the whole set of equipment’s operation, one-key start-stop, abnormal alarm, emergency shutdown, and automatic stabilization of the operation parameters. This ensures smooth and stable production line capacity, as well as the safety, stability, and continuity of all the production links.
Process flow and operation principle of sand making plant
The TSL tower-like sand making plant is a dry production system that adopts a tower-like structure. It consists of a loading material conveying system, sand reshaping and screening system, dust-proof system, stone powder storage system, and electrical control system. Raw materials are fed into the top floor using a bucket elevator, and 0-60mm crushed stones are transported to the Talus sand maker through a raw material conveyor belt. After high-frequency rock-on-rock grinding, the material is delivered to the stone powder separation cavity. The sand powder content is regulated by adjusting the size of the air inlet of the powder control box and the air volume of the system. The processed material enters the sorting screen to select fine crushed stones, stone powder, and semi-finished sand. The stone powder is collected as fine stone powder after being processed by the dust-proof and dust collection system, and the semi-finished sand is evenly mixed by a humidifying mixer to form fine mechanism sand.
